ICE BATH WAS A KILLER!
goodness gracious!
had training ytd.
before trg i met kesh and jacq
played badminton.
and jacq took photos of us playing!! hahah
here are some.
and it rained so ever heavily luhh!
like mad i tell you.
and luckily i left home earlier.
if not i will be caught in the rain!
and i got my fav waffle! hahah! with no filling. HEHE
so anyways abt the ice bath,
didn do sprints and conditioning.
went in str t THE ICE BATH aft cooling down.
pumped the SUPER MINI POOL
WHICH CLD ONLY HOLD 3 OF US IN.
and got the hoses thing settled.
ALOT OF PACKS OF ICE
i heard we had 18kg,
and some assholes took some of our ice!
BUT LUCKILY THEY TOOK! hahah
IT WAS SERIOUSLY SUPER FREEZING COLD
1st 3 who went in were daph shimin and aud.
then the next 3 was kesh jacq and me!!!
and yes thanks t me having SHORT LEGS.
THEY WERE TOTALLY SUBMERGED IN THE ICY WATER!!!
almost wanted t cry i tell you.
i have NEVER experienced this amt of COLDNESS BEFORE!!
was grabbing onto kesh hand SO EVER TIGHTLY.
and trying not t make any sound or movement.
and the 5 mins was like ETERNALTY
cldn walk properly i tell you!
toes were totally numb!

hahah! all the way until when we were on the bus
so she agreed t help me eat 1.
then before i alighted i asked her again 'caramel?'
hahah! then she gave me that look

she was supposed t msg jacq.
but ended up msging me
and here's wht she texted and supposedly for jacq
' jing left and she asked me whether i want another caramel hen i alr helped to eat 1 for her. datgirl ah! haha! '

good day. but was humid and hot!!
watched that qing wa show. HAHAH!
that ch U 10am show.
last episode but didn watch all
cause i accompanied mom t visit grandpa
so we went out drove dad t fort canning
then go t grandpa's
went t get some fruits for them.
and i was happily playing with brother's PSP.
he was so kind t lend me. HAHAH
stopped and chatted with grandma and grandpa
on our way home we stopped by ntuc at thomson plaza
did the groceries. had tea break since i didn had lunch and was quite hungry.
aft tht went home. rested awhile
went out again for dinner.
picked dad up and went t central
WARAKU FOR DINNER.
ooo! it was delicious!! yummy yummy!
havn been there for very long.
and we had window seat!! hahah
i had scallops! haha.
and my brother was mad! seriously!
he ordered this sushi meal
and there were 28 sushi!! OMG PLEASE

then aft that walked around
3 of us went into startbucks.
brother and sis got themselves coffee while i had NEW YORK CHEESECAKE FOR DESSERT (:
brother's treat. HAHAH.
and we heard the F1 when we were leaving!!
so loud and awesome! hahah!

at our usual hangout: the playground at jln kayu there

so both of us cycled there.
