ICE BATH WAS A KILLER!

goodness gracious!

had training ytd.

before trg i met kesh and jacq

played badminton.

and jacq took photos of us playing!! hahah

and it rained so ever heavily luhh!

like mad i tell you.

and luckily i left home earlier.

if not i will be caught in the rain!

and i got my fav waffle! hahah! with no filling. HEHE

so anyways abt the ice bath,

didn do sprints and conditioning.

went in str t THE ICE BATH aft cooling down.

pumped the SUPER MINI POOL

WHICH CLD ONLY HOLD 3 OF US IN.

and got the hoses thing settled.

ALOT OF PACKS OF ICE

i heard we had 18kg,

and some assholes took some of our ice!

BUT LUCKILY THEY TOOK! hahah

IT WAS SERIOUSLY SUPER FREEZING COLD

1st 3 who went in were daph shimin and aud.

then the next 3 was kesh jacq and me!!!

and yes thanks t me having SHORT LEGS.

THEY WERE TOTALLY SUBMERGED IN THE ICY WATER!!!

almost wanted t cry i tell you.

i have NEVER experienced this amt of COLDNESS BEFORE!!

was grabbing onto kesh hand SO EVER TIGHTLY.

and trying not t make any sound or movement.

and the 5 mins was like ETERNALTY

cldn walk properly i tell you!

toes were totally numb!

good day. but was humid and hot!!

watched that qing wa show. HAHAH!

that ch U 10am show.

last episode but didn watch all

cause i accompanied mom t visit grandpa

so we went out drove dad t fort canning

then go t grandpa's

went t get some fruits for them.

and i was happily playing with brother's PSP.

he was so kind t lend me. HAHAH

stopped and chatted with grandma and grandpa

on our way home we stopped by ntuc at thomson plaza

did the groceries. had tea break since i didn had lunch and was quite hungry.

aft tht went home. rested awhile

went out again for dinner.

my phone is fixed!
woohoo! and they scared me by saying there's 50-50 chance of repairing.
whalao. owells. finally back!
dun have t use that nokia phone.
i was going crazy!
hahaha. and wasn used t the ringing tone!
like it was ringing and i didn know it was mine!

MONDAY
went running with qian.
before that went t get the ultrasound scan.
okkays since the scan says nothing wrong.
then i shall not persue the matter! HAWHAWH.
that girl ha! come run 3 rounds with me only!!
did a lil conditioning.
and i had my muai chee!!
hahah. craving for it.
AND STILL IS CRAVING FOR MORE!

then we went t ntuc
hoping t find my prunes.
ended up buying other things.
walked around j8.
got gummies from mini toons.
then we went into the arcade.
we tried t hide the front of our shirt with our shoebag
but the lady at the counter saw us
thought that we cldn eat inside.

nyp training.
didn do sprints.
owells. nothing much t say =/
only that kesh and i went?! wth!!
thought there wld be all 6 of us.
but ended up total of 7 of us turned up for trg.
and best was that we trained in the dark!
ahhah. lights off on the court.
but there were still light from the stadium.
so we continued trg until 10 plus?
no sprints, no conditioning.
felt WEIRD. HAHAH

WEDNESDAY
ANOTHER POSTPONED TRIP ):

sians. so like we postponed t to thursday.
went t collect my phone in the aftnn.
went for night trg.
kesh didn go. so it was just shihui and i.
it was fun! haha. games and more games!

then left for home at 10plus.

its the 4th week of hols!
we have 2 more weeks!
time t get fitter!
though i feel a lil fitter.
i wanna be more fit!WOOTS
i feel like i'm having more meat/flesh on me
i think i have been eating more than usual.
LOL. time t cut down on smth!! HAHAHA

i'm back
after a long day out!

so tired!
went t W's church like finally! hahah
woke up so early in the morning.
thanks for bfast W! hahah
so we took bus and train t his church.
and met some of his cell group friends.
hahah! and they are really nice people!
loud and fun too!
so yeapps. interacted with them (:
and lets say service was : awesome and interesting.
yeahh. like very open and wild! like a concert!!
well. can sort of know why aunt chose this church.
after that we went makan at subway with some of W's friends.
hahaha! it was really hilarious.
then we took a train t airport.
and then a long bus ride back t bishan.
and here i was thinking i cld get my phone back today!!
but noo!!
the smart me forgot the reciept!! ROARR.

SATURDAY
woke up early like 630!!
get down t kallang for the game
hmm. played with aciers!
well. didn perform as well as i thought i could
and for once. the sun was scorching hot!
sheesh luhh.
it has been a long time since i've trained in hot hot sun
i felt so useless luhh.
just cause of the sun then couldn perform.
no idea how bad i felt.
but overall we did well. we came in 1st
aft that kesh shihui and i went t KLP
hahah. kesh had her sambal sotong while i had seafood hor fun
shihui had subway
i got myself a cookie too!
then i went t the arcade t spend my last 2 tokens.
HAHAHA! so i played time crisis while kesh and shihui watched me
and never am i gna play in front of people i know again! haha
whalao. kept making alot of noises and dodged from the screen. HAHAH
then we went back t subway cause kesh needed t study somewhere
helped her revised her accounting.
i tried my best. havn touched acc for 2 years alr.
and yeahh hopefully she got some pointers and tips
after that went back t granny's for dinner.
had early dinner then off t the hospital t visit granddad again

FRIDAY
oo! i watched TITANIC!
hahah. omg freaking 3 hrs long!
and now i know how the show started.
HAHAH! ALL THESE YEARS OF WATCHING THE SHOW I HAVE NEVER WATCHED THE STARTING.
well. it was basically a slack day for me.
sians fridays shldn be slack days anymore.
it shld be cycling day!
yeahh maybe this coming friday i shld visit W and his friends.
AND ALSO DEAREST TUSHIRA!
hopefully she will be in school.

okkays i shld be more fit.
gonna do either one of the following
- more cyclings
- more runs
- more badminton
- more gym training for lower body.

saturday
SIM Netball Fever 08
ohh boy. woke up like 4.53am?!
when i slept like 11 plus the night before?!
narhh.
cause of the bruise.
then tried t sleep again. and got woken up by the rain -.-
so noisy.
ate breakfast then rushed outta home cause i was late!
hahaha. was supposed t meet the girls at clementi at 8!
well. it was a rough gauge.
ause we knew some will be late. hahah!
so yeahh. i was latest with the timing of 8.15
took a bus down t SIM.
find our way and registered for the game
and yeapps there were goody bags!
purple bottle, shirt and shoe bag
so we played in the opens catergory.
9 teams in total.
lets say. we did a pretty good job in coming in 5th.
but then again. we could have played better for our last game
the other losses.. well. we'r okkays with it i guess.
but it nice playing with the juniors.
though we keep shouting at each other on court.
and like i think we were the only team making so much noise!!

aud got lost cause it was her 1st time at T3. tsktsk
no bisciuts! ):
ordered 2 piece chicken with shihui.
ate 1 chicken! and some fries.
then i rushed back home t granny's
well. didn have our lanterns thing.
but at least all of us went t the hospital and visit granddad.
and things went way off tnight.
well. for one patient that is. ahahah!
and so cool for dad.
cause the patient next t granddad was a 'newcomer'
who is apparently
the son of dad's ex-classmates!

and i was cycling in circles! GOON SIA.

so asked for help. hehee

stopped by t get some drink since i was out of water.

was so tempted t get some more food.

SUAYNESS COMES IN 3!!
OMG.

thurs was so not my day!!
woke up and rushed bfast.
bathed and headed down t SGH t visit granddad.
well. he was pretty alrights.
so yeahh. chatted awhile.
let him sleep. aft he was kinda aslp.
tried t get some rest myself too. hahaha
left ard 245.
went t makan myself!
hahaha. cause grandma hasn reached yet.
and i had t meet kesh at 4!!
so i left without seeing granny ):
anyways. 6th aunt called me.
asking my whereabouts.
apparently she accompanied granny and they bought DURAIN PUFF (:
(which i just had for supper.)
but i was far far away from the hospital alr!!
luckily mom went t visit at night.
so kesh and i walked t sch.
and got trg stuff out.
approached the sports hall
and ta-dah!
LOCKED -.-
AND LIGHTS OFF.
sians. so we went up t stadium
and tried t play badminton but it was too windy!
so we ended up playing frisbee
well.. abit.
before going down t the court,
and started shooting.
and seriously i have no idea whats wrong with me
CANT SHOOT AT ALL!! OMG.
and there i thot, smth is gna happen tnight.
CONFIRM PLUS CHOP.
but only thing was.. dunno if +ve or -ve. HAWHAWH

and yes. about the suayness comes in 3!
here were the 3 suay things that happened.
1. tripped over a miscatched ball and got myself a swollen bruise. and damn red!
2. inner thighs hurting like mad now! no idea why but got worse when doing sprints.
3. SUPPER WAS CANCELLED! cause mom wanted me back by 12! and i was gna meet feng at 11!! but then. lo and behold! dunno if good or bad. feng cldn get a bus. so i faster called t postpone supper.
and he sounded DAMN ANGRY over the phone. 1st time i heard him like that. not sure if he was angry at me for postponing last min OR was he angry that the bus didn come!
SO SORRY FENG!!

wednesday
went t kesh's club for trg.
hahah. not really trg. but just having smth extra for fitness (:
kkays whatever somewhere around there.
played 4 quarters of 15mins! omg. i almost wanted t die when playing C!
her people are so fast!! omg.
lets see if i can be at their speed
we met at 745 at the bus stop and walked in tgt.
and seriously i was watching movie online the whole afternoon!!
hahah! was introduced by hong and qian.
hahaha! SUPER ADDICTIVE!

met kesh and ahma at amk station for lunch.

wha i dun wanna be early anymore.

hahaha! they are ALWAYS LATE.

but anyways.

so they finally got their SAMBAL SOTONG FRIED RICE.

which was. according t them. not as tasy as it looked!

hahaha. luckily i sticked t my long awaited YONG TAO FU!

hahaha. then i ate a lil more. chee cheong fan!

then we walked around.

and ahma bought her socks.

and they bought some TINGTING thingy.

HAHAH, some sweet snacks thing luhh WHICH I DUN LIKE.

and they say i have weird taste luhh! hahah

no its not me! its both of you!! roarr.

then we went t sch.

supposed t do some lil trg between us.

but only 3 so we just anyhow do!! hahaha

did some shooting. frisbee and badminton!!

hahaha! wth. all these before trg.

and like 30mins before trg we were alr dead!

and jac brought her cookies! and they are really yummy!

coach came. and yeahh became a lil more intensive.

but was kinda great. sprinting are really fun!

kkays beginning t ache a lil.

met hong for our lil cycling trip!

but 1st. off t find the bike shop t fix his tyre.

we met at the bus stop outside home at 1205.

walked a dist t the place and got it fixed.

then we cycled through the canal and got to SA VILLAGE.

form there we makaned abit and chatchat.

then off we went t machperson(?!)

he said there was a warehouse sale. so we went and take a look.

poor guy. he didn bring enuff cash. and he saw 2 swimming stuff he wanted!

so didn get them of course.

then we continued cycling.

and cycled all the way to KALLANG LEISURE PARK! hahah

had yogurt! (: yummy yummy.

rushed down t the sports hall.

met up witht the seniors.

elaine was there too!

with friends and they came t join us.

cause we were seated somewhere we cldn really see.

we went and sit in front where we were just directly above the shooters.

so can see everything they do upclose

i remembered one of the PNG player kept saying smth like 'shit shit shit'

HAHAHA. then i told jacq and kesh.

'ehh maybe she's shouting for her teammate whose name might sound like shit'

BUT REALLY ITS DAMN FUNNY!

SHE KEPT SAYING THAT T ONE OF HER TEAMMATE!! HAHAH

so anyways. the match was rather sloww.. pace luhh. quite used t watching sin playing fast.

but anyways thats besides the point.

we were quite pek chek with B's GS.

after that, we went t tp hub.

walked around and saw some amore fitness thing

and we got amused by some aunties who were damn vigourous in the aerobics exercise.

then we left for home

and i got myself the 8 days mag!

which i was reading at the platform and missed 3 TRAINS.

hahaha. jacq and kesh too.

kesh was playing her PSP while jacq and i were reading the 8 days

went home and shortly aft, out for dinner

had yong tau fu again.

then we walked t amk hub cause they wanted t do some grocery.

and i bought mum and myself DURAIN PANCAKE.

omg. now's that alot for dinner.

well. MY USUAL DINNER AT LEAST.

oo! bought marshmellows and the choc fudge!

went home and did the bbq pit tray whatever!

today went cycling again with the cycling partner!

hahah. went back t macpherson cause he wanted t get his board shorts.

and so suay only 1 left.

and the fitting room was unavailable.

that put him into a dilemma!

omg i cant believe i have t do the tag for 3 OTHER PEOPLE!
OHHMYGOSH.
kkays. i shall just do all in one go. LOL
i'm simply too free alr.

anyways. before i start the tag.
shall just blog abt the past few days.
had trg ytd.
met up withe juniors for a lil extra own trg.
but 4 of us showed up. limited things t do.
then we went t koufu for break.
and we laughed like mad i tell you!
though the place had lil people.
we were seriously making a din there. LOL
had ICE JELLY COCKTAIL.
HAHAHA. DAMN NICE.

trg lasted until 830.
it rained before trg started luhh!
so didn train outside, but had indoor trg instead.
so anyways aft trg.
we went t amk hub.
kesh and i ate the ice jelly cocktail again.
